Party Cancellation & Deposit Policy

The party inquiry list is not a reservation, a waitlist with guaranteed priority, or a confirmed time slot. We do not accept dates or collect deposits. There is no guaranteed response time. Arrangements can only be discussed for confirmation after the opening date is established.

You can withdraw an inquiry at any time by emailing virginia@cybergalaxy.us; no cancellation fee applies to an inquiry. Any earlier inquiry or booking request is not evidence that the venue is open. Contact us to clarify an existing request before making arrangements.

Party package prices and the disabled booking layout are available to browse. Before formal bookings resume, we will confirm per-guest pricing, guest limits, included items and serving quantities, taxes, extra-time fees, deposit requirements, payment deadlines, and cancellation or rescheduling rules. Earlier deposit percentages are not active requirements.
