The pre-opening website does not accept payments, sell memberships, or collect party deposits. Submitting an inquiry is free and does not create a payment obligation.

Refund rules for future purchases have not been finalized and will be disclosed before sales begin. No non-refundable charge, cancellation fee, or refund entitlement for future products is being advertised here. If you have a question about a payment you believe relates to Cyber Galaxy Arcade, contact virginia@cybergalaxy.us. Do not send card details through the inquiry form.
