When an adult submits an inquiry, we collect their name, email, optional phone number and message, inquiry type, submission time, language, and acknowledgment of this notice. Do not submit children's personal details, payment information, or health information.

We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, reserve a party, create a membership, or authorize payment. Inquiry records are accessible to authorized staff through the website's administration system and stored with our hosting service providers.

We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Service providers may process information to host, secure, and support this website. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to address security incidents.

A language cookie remembers your English or Chinese preference for up to one year. Session storage remembers your page position.
